Official Institutional Directive

Sovereignty, Compliance & Structural Investment

The framework governing the international collaborations, capital deployment channels, and administrative structural checkpoints of the Haitian American Network & Business Foundation (HANBF).

“The standard must come before the infrastructure. Make a Profit, Make a Difference.”

Sovereign Engagement Paradigm

The economic development and asset pipelines managed by HANBF operate entirely under the metrics of direct, peer-to-peer sovereign cooperation. Haiti does not seek paternalistic handouts, foreign micro-charity, or short-term humanitarian interventions.

We invite global capital partners, private equity markets, and technical organizations to deploy structural initiatives that treat the Haitian state as an honorable, emerging, and self-sufficient economic partner. All programs must remain subordinate to internal, sovereign regulatory oversight.

United Nations & Global Stakeholder Mandate Bypassing dependency metrics to build permanent economic assets.

The Investor Vetting Protocol

In strict compliance with our multi-layered dual-council system, investment deployment capital is not instantly transacted. Every entity must undergo a structural processing lifecycle lasting six months to one year.

Phase I: Preliminary registration, legal profiling, and corporate alignment audit.
Phase II: Complete dossier review and validation by the 7-Member Internal Review Board.
Phase III: Contract execution under the operational oversight of the Great Governing Council.
Notice: Investments are completely restricted on open public networks.
