Standard Before Structure. Structure Before Elections.
Haiti's path to stable governance begins with organized primaries, credible national parties, and a permanent electoral system built on law, not crisis.
Launch OrganizingHaiti.org. Register citizens, diaspora, and supporters. Establish the 7 national parties officially. Form the 11-department Electoral Board. Draft the new social contract and electoral law framework.
Host three national forums: Social Contract, Volunteerism & Environment, and Election Preparation. Train candidates, civic educators, and electoral board members across all 11 departments. Launch public surveys.
Each of the 7 national parties holds primary elections across all 11 departments. Current political groups merge into their aligned national party. Diaspora votes via verified online portal and in-person at consulates. Winners advance to the 2027 General Election.
National general elections for President, Parliament, and departmental representatives. Two-round runoff system if no majority in round one. International observers invited. Results certified by the independent Electoral Board.
Elected leadership trained in sustainable governance, economic development, and investment readiness. HANBF activates capital investment pipeline. Haiti opens to global investors under the new legal and structural framework.
Independent. Permanent. Accountable to the People.

"Building a New Social Contract, One Person at a Time"
We, the people of Haiti and the Haitian Diaspora, commit to organizing our nation for a better life for all. We will work to modify the current system so that every person has a home to live in, a choice to work, and an education that assures progress in technology, healthcare, emergency services, youth formation, and community involvement.
We pledge to advance civism, national service, stable and permanent elections, public engagement, tax revenue, social and traffic laws, and standard systems that protect life and provide fairness and justice to the most vulnerable, beginning with the person and the environment.
Every Haitian has the right to safe shelter. The state commits to land management, affordable housing programs, and property rights reform through the Haitian American Building Fund and HANBF investment standards.
Universal access to education from primary through vocational and university levels. Youth reeducation programs, scout formation, national service requirements, and civic training embedded in all curricula.
A reformed justice system with clear social and traffic laws, independent courts, and protections for the most vulnerable. Compliance with both Haitian law and international standards as recognized by the US State Department.
Clean air, clean water, reforestation, and rare earth stewardship as national priorities. A transition to solar, wind, and renewable energy as the foundation of Haiti's economic independence.
A structured, standard-based investment framework that attracts diaspora and global capital. Tax revenue systems, job creation, agriculture modernization, and infrastructure investment aligned with HANBF's "Make a Profit, Make a Difference" mission.
